We offer standard delivery, express shipping, and 'Uber' same-day delivery for eligible postcodes. You can also select our 'Click & Collect' service to pick up your items from your nearest store within an hour.
What is your return policy for faulty products?
If a product is found to have a manufacturer fault, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please bring your receipt to any JB Hi-Fi store for assistance.
Can I get a price match if I find a lower price elsewhere?
Yes, we offer a 'Price Match' guarantee. If you find a lower price on an identical stocked item from a local competitor, we will match it. This applies to both in-store and online prices from authorized retailers.
Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer installation services for large appliances?
Yes, we offer professional installation and old appliance removal services for whitegoods and TVs. These services can be added to your order during the checkout process for an additional fee.
