Between 1979-1989 the Reaction label and it’s predecessor Mandrill introduced a swathe of new and exciting bands into the vibrant and exciting local scene. Both the CD and vinyl versions feature Marginal Era’s, This Heaven, which is best remembered as the Radio With Pictures theme. This is followed by an encapsulation of the local 80s music scene with The Crocodiles, The Mockers, Penknife Glides, Satellite Spies, Car Crash Set, Danse Macabre, National Anthem, The Neons aka Lip Service, Blond Comedy, Blase, Everything That Flies, Paul Agar & The Set etc etc.
